Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Lane Server to join our entertainment center and deliver exceptional guest service. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders, learn the menu and promotions, and upsell experiences to guests while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a guest-centered approach, and the ability to work evening and night shifts. Applicants must be at least 18 and able to comply with state alcohol-service rules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
