Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced entertainment venue. You will learn the menu, promotions, and specials, relay them to guests, and help ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

Role involves taking and delivering orders, upselling experiences, and assisting guests with questions and issues. Part-time evening and night shifts are available in Durham, NC location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a guest-focused approach.
• Commitment to delivering great guest service.
• Must meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean and organized.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
