Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Lane Server in the United States. You will take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders, while learning the menu, promotions, and specials to relay to guests.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, interpersonal skills, and upselling opportunities. Evening and night shifts with weekend availability are required, with pay ranging hourly plus tips and benefits as described.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
