Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Waldorf, MD is seeking a part-time Lane Server to join our vibrant entertainment team. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders, learn our menu and promotions, and help ensure guests have a memorable experience.

Ideal candidates have strong guest service skills, at least 2 years of related experience, and the ability to work evenings or nights. Perks include free bowling, arcade credits, and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in food service or hospitality.
• Exceptional interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol per state law.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean and organized.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend and upsell the center experience.
