Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a friendly Lane Server to greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable visit. You’ll learn the menu, promote promotions, and provide outstanding service while helping keep our bowling center clean and inviting.

This part-time role offers evening/night shifts and a fun, team-oriented environment where guest satisfaction is the top priority, with tips included in pay.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn menu, promotions, and specials and relay to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely and assist with questions and requests.
• Help keep the center clean and organized work area.
• Upsell center experiences to guests.
