Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Canton, OH is hiring a Lane Server to interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure an exceptional bowling/entertainment experience.

You will learn the menu, promotions, and upsell center experiences while keeping the area clean and organized; evening and weekend availability required.

Requires 2 years related experience and a HS diploma (optional); must be 18+ and able to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
