Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server to interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and deliver exceptional service in a team-focused entertainment environment. You will learn the menu, promotions, and center offerings to upsell the experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience, strong guest service spirit, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced setting. This is a part-time position with shift options and a friendly, energetic team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean and organized.
