Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is looking for a friendly Lane Server to join our team at a high-energy entertainment center. You’ll interact with guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and help create a memorable bowling experience.

This part-time role requires 2 years of related experience, a HS diploma (optional), exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to great guest service. Evening and weekend shifts work best, with pay ranging from $7.00 to $10.00 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests
• Check back with guests routinely
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution
• Help keep the center clean
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area
• Recommend/upsell the center experience
