Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Lane Server to interact with guests, take and deliver orders, and upsell the center experience in a fast-paced entertainment environment. You will learn the menu and promotions, relay information to guests, and help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of related experience, a high school diploma (optional), and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in a customer-facing role.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills required.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
