Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Columbus, OH is seeking a part-time Lane Server to greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and help ensure a fun, safe experience.

You will learn the menu, promotions, and center details, check back with guests, and assist with questions or issues while keeping the area clean and organized. Evening and night shifts support a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
