Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Grove City, OH seeks a part-time Lane Server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver exceptional service in a vibrant entertainment setting.

You will learn the menu, upsell the center experience, and help maintain a clean workspace while working evening or night shifts at a single location. Prior guest-service experience is preferred, and applicants must be 18+ to serve alcohol where required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
