Job summary

Landscape Services, Inc. (LSI) is seeking Landscaping Enhancements Crew Members to join a family-owned, growth-focused team in Nashville, TN. The role is full-time, year-round, typically Monday to Friday 7 AM–4 PM, with weekends off.

You will be responsible for installing plants, mowing, trimming, blowing, pruning, and related tasks essential to landscape enhancements. We offer benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid vacation, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of landscaping experience is preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installing plants and other hard materials.
• Cutting lawns with power mowers.
• Trimming and edging with edger/trimmer.
• Operating a gas-powered blower.
• Trimming shrubs and low trees for growth or removal of damaged leaves/branches.
• Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed.
• Picking up leaves, trash, and cut grass onto burlap and onto a truck or trailer.
• Weeding by hand or with a garden hoe.
• Adhering to safety standards and using proper equipment.

Landscaping Services, Inc. (LSI) is seeking Landscaping Enhancements Crew Members, team-oriented, motivated, and dependable employees who are looking to grow their career in the landscaping industry! LSI is a national award-winning, second‑generation family‑owned and operated grounds management firm headquartered in Nashville, TN since 1988.

We offer Full Time, Year‑Round employment!

Do you enjoy working outside in a family‑oriented environment? Do you enjoy having weekends off? The typical schedule is Monday to Friday from 7AM-4PM!

The Landscape Enhancement Crew Member is a critical part of our team who is responsible for:

• Landscaping Enhancements Crew Member will be Installing plants and other hard materials.
• Cutting lawns using various sized power mowers.
• Trimming and edging using a gas‑powered edger/trimmer.
• Operating a gas‑powered blower.
• Trimming shrubs and low trees to shape and improve growth or to remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs using shears, pruners, or gas‑powered hedge trimmers.
• Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed.
• Landscaping Enhancements Crew Member will be picking up leaves, trash, and cut grass and placing them onto burlap and placing onto a truck or trailer.
• Perform weeding by hand or using a garden hoe.
• Ensure use of proper equipment and adhere to safety standards and precautions.

Skills we’re seeking:

• At least 1 year of landscaping experience is preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check.
• Physical Requirements- Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear. Ability to lift 70 lbs.
