Job summary

Landscape Services, Inc is hiring a dependable Crew Leader to oversee a 2–3 person crew on commercial landscape maintenance projects.

You will lead daily tasks, ensure quality and safety, operate light equipment, track hours and assist with winter snow operations as needed. This year-round role offers overtime, benefits, and opportunities to advance within our growing southeastern landscape services team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
