Job summary

Landscape Services, Inc. is seeking Landscape Construction Crew Members for full-time, year-round work in Nashville, TN. The team emphasizes family values, a strong work ethic, and steady weekends off with a typical schedule of 7AM-4PM, Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for installing plants, mowing lawns, trimming edges and shrubs, and operating equipment while maintaining safety standards and delivering quality landscapes.

Qualifications

• Our requirements include being 18 years or older.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install plants and other materials during landscape construction.
• Cut lawns with various power mowers.
• Trim and edge with gas-powered tools.
• Operate gas-powered blower for debris removal.
• Trim shrubs and low trees for growth and health.
• Use landscaping tools and heavy equipment as needed.
• Clear leaves and debris and transport waste appropriately.
• Perform weeding by hand or with a hoe.
• Adhere to safety standards and equipment use policies.

Landscaping Services, Inc. (LSI) is seeking Landscape Construction Crew Members to join our team!

The Landscape Construction Crew Member is a critical part of our team who is responsible for:

• Landscape Construction Crew Member will Installing plants and other hard materials.
• Cutting lawns using various sized power mowers.
• Trimming and edging using a gas-powered edger/trimmer.
• Operating a gas-powered blower.
• Trimming shrubs and low trees to shape and improve growth or to remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs using shears, pruners, or gas-powered hedge trimmers.
• Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed.
• Picking up leaves, trash, and cut grass and placing them onto burlap and placing onto a truck or trailer.
• Landscape Construction Crew Member will Perform weeding by hand or using a garden hoe.
• Ensure use of proper equipment and adhere to safety standards and precautions.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Landscape Construction Crew Member must be able to pass a drug screen & background check.
• Physical Requirements- Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear. Ability to lift 70 lbs.
