Job summary

HeartLand is seeking an experienced Enhancement Production Manager in Murfreesboro, TN to oversee landscape upgrade projects from estimate to execution. This hands-on, field-integrated leadership role includes crew management, scheduling, quality control, and profitability accountability.

You will lead daily operations of enhancement crews, manage material staging, site visits for scope estimation, and collaborate with account managers to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in landscape construction or enhancement project management.
• Strong plant knowledge and equipment handling.
• Valid driver's license and DOT compliance.
• Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and scheduling tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client service.
• Ability to manage budgets and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead enhancement crews to complete projects on time, scope, and budget.
• Manage material staging, equipment readiness, and labor coordination.
• Estimate scopes, validate job costing, and coordinate with account managers.
• Train crew leaders and field teams for quality and safety.
• Serve as client liaison with account managers during progress.
• Monitor budgets and labor to ensure profitability.
• Handle paperwork like timecards, incident reports, and billing prep.
• Support snow removal operations in winter when needed.

Job Description

We're hiring an experienced Enhancement Production Manager to oversee landscape upgrade projects from estimate to execution. This is a hands-on, field-integrated leadership role that includes crew management, project scheduling, quality control, and profitability accountability.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations of enhancement crews, ensuring jobs are on time, within scope, and on budget
• Oversee material staging, equipment readiness, and labor coordination
• Conduct site visits, estimate job scopes, and validate job costing accuracy
• Manage schedules and project plans in coordination with account managers
• Train and develop crew leaders and field teams to meet quality and safety standards
• Act as client point-of-contact alongside account managers for in-progress work
• Monitor project budgets and labor use to ensure profitability
• Track and manage paperwork, including timecards, incident reports, and billing prep
• Support snow removal operations during winter season (as applicable)

What You Bring

• 3+ years in landscape construction or enhancement project management
• Strong understanding of plant materials, installation techniques, and equipment use
• Valid driver's license and ability to comply with DOT regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and project scheduling tools
• Excellent team leadership, communication, and client service skills
• Ability to manage budgets, solve problems, and operate independently
