Job summary

Landscape Services, Inc. is hiring a dependable Crew Leader in Nashville to oversee a small team delivering commercial landscape maintenance year-round. The role includes snow support in winter and leading a crew of 2–3 on various sites.

You will manage mowing, edging, and cleanup tasks, operate landscape equipment, uphold safety standards, and ensure timely completion while tracking hours and materials. Training and onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
