Level Green Landscaping in Southern Maryland seeks a Landscaping Account Manager to serve as the main client liaison, manage a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts, and work with operations to ensure top-tier service delivery. You will advise on site enhancements, coordinate with the Business Development team, and help drive sales while maintaining strong relationships with property managers.

Competenze

• Have at least 2 years of landscaping/grounds maintenance experience.
• Have at least 2 years of account management / customer service experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and hold a valid US driver's license.
• Knowledge of native plants in the DC/Maryland/Virginia metro area.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to work Saturdays and in inclement weather.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Sales experience in landscaping or related industry is preferred (2+ years).
• Experience selling to senior managers in commercial real estate or related industries.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage time and workload independently.
