Candidates should have 3-5 years in landscape account management, strong horticultural knowledge, and proven ability to manage budgets and proposals; the role offers a competitive $65,000–$75,000 salary plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in landscape account management or related industry service roles.
• In-depth horticultural knowledge with expertise in landscape maintenance best practices.
• Experience overseeing landscape crews and ensuring site safety compliance.
• Understanding of service economics, labor efficiency, and field productivity metrics.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Aspire software.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts, budgets, and service deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, work plans, and service quality with Production Managers.
• Conduct regular site audits to evaluate landscape quality and opportunities for enhancement.
• Oversee financial performance by monitoring budgets and job costs.
• Develop and deliver professional proposals for enhancements and contract renewals with timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate client records, KPI reports, and other admin documentation.
