Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years experience in landscape maintenance or a similar client-facing role.
• Proficient in CRM software, project management tools, and Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts to maximize satisfaction.
• Directly oversee and mentor production crews.
• Monitor budgets and contract performance to meet targets.
• Drive Ancillary Sales through safety, functionality, and aesthetics proposals.
• Administer client onboarding and contract renewals.
