Job summary

Gabriel Group is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts and directly manage production Crew Leaders in our landscaping division. You will schedule, coordinate, and ensure the successful delivery of services that meet client expectations.

You will lead the safety-focused culture, build trusted client relationships, and drive ancillary sales while maintaining profitability and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years in landscape maintenance or similar client-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects.
• Solid understanding of landscaping principles, materials, and practices.
• Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to address client needs and resolve issues.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build trust-based relationships.
• Oversee production crews and their teams, scheduling and coordinating job execution.
• Lead ancillary sales by identifying and proposing needs-based enhancements.
• Review and approve completed work and client invoices for accuracy and timely billing.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to 3-4 landscape crews and supervisors.
• Ensure safety and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
