Job summary

Gabriel Group in Tukwila, WA is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts in our landscaping business. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead production crews, schedule work, and ensure delivery of services that meet client expectations, while building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

You will manage contracts, monitor financial performance, identify ancillary sales opportunities, and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and relationship management.
• Experience leading production crews and coordinating services.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build trust-based relationships.
• Oversee production crews, schedule work, and ensure delivery of landscaping services to meet client expectations.
• Monitor contract performance, manage budgets, and address billing or service issues.
• Identify and pursue Ancillary Sales opportunities to grow branch revenue.
