Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscaper III to provide skilled landscape maintenance for industrial, commercial, and public properties. The role involves working independently, operating commercial-grade equipment safely, and ensuring the proper care of plant material and landscape elements.

Candidates must be at least 18, be able to operate power tools, and hold pesticide certification plus Level 3 equipment certifications.

Qualifications

• Certified on level 3 equipment (bed edger, chainsaw, power pole, pruner, leaf vacuum, skid steer).
• Certified to apply pesticides.
• Has demonstrated 6 months of accident-free performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site detail and oversee crew when the Crew Leader is off-site.
• Operate and train others on landscaping equipment safely.
• Identify irrigation issues and coordinate with the Crew Leader to correct them.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds; prune shrubs and low trees as needed.
• Coach team on preventative maintenance and safety topics.
