Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a skilled Landscaper III to perform maintenance on industrial, commercial, and public properties. The role requires independent work, safe operation of commercial equipment, and care for plant materials.

Key duties include maintenance tasks, shrub pruning, irrigation checks, and coordinating with the Crew Leader to overcome schedule challenges. Applicants should have pesticide certification, Level 3 equipment credentials, and a proven accident-free record.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enthusiastic and dependable.
• Certified on level 3 equipment (bed edger, chainsaw, power pole, pruner, leaf vacuum, skid steer).
• Certified to apply pesticides.
• Has demonstrated 6 months of accident-free performance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain site detail.
• Lead and perform duties when Crew Leader is not on site.
• Solve problems with Crew Leader to manage schedules.
• Complete punch list items without supervision.
• Maintain and operate turf equipment safely.
• Prune shrubs and low trees as needed for shape/growth.
• Identify irrigation issues and coordinate repairs.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Operate edger and line trimmer near sidewalks and beds.
• Train team on preventative maintenance for trucks and trailers.
• Coach team on safety topics.
