BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a skilled Landscaper III to provide maintenance for industrial, commercial, and public properties. You will operate commercial-grade equipment, care for plant materials, and perform complex landscaping tasks independently.

The role requires handling varied outdoor duties, pruning, irrigation checks, and helping the Crew Leader manage schedules and safety on site. Benefits and full-time employment are offered.

Competenze

• Age 18 or older; 21+ if operating company vehicles.
• Must be enthusiastic, dependable and able to work outdoors.
• Certified on level 3 landscaping equipment (e.g., bed edger, chainsaw, pruner).
• Certified to apply pesticides.
• Six months of accident-free performance.

Mansioni

• Proactively maintain site detail.
• Lead and perform duties when the Crew Leader isn’t on site.
• Solve problems with the Crew Leader and adjust schedules as needed.
• Complete punch list items without supervision.
• Ensure quality results in all tasks.
• Operate lawn and landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prune shrubs and low trees as needed.
• Identify irrigation problems and coordinate fixes.
• Repair broken sprinkler heads.
• Plant and maintain flowerbeds.
• Train team members on equipment maintenance and safety.
• Coach team on safety topics and best practices.
• Maintain a polite, friendly demeanor with guests.
