• Assists other departments with event set-up.
• Performs other duties as may be required or assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1. Two years of related landscaping, groundskeeping, or irrigationexperience.
• 2. State certifications in Public Application and Limited Lawn andOrnamental Licensing by the Department of Agriculture and ConsumerServices for the purchase and supervision of spraying regulated andrestricted pesticides, or ability to obtain certifications.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• 1. Knowledge of and ability to safely operate and maintain standardmanual and power/motorized groundskeeping tools andequipment.
• 2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:

• 4. May be assigned to various campus sites.
• 5. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., unassisted.
• 6. Required to drive College vehicles.
