Seminole State College of Florida is seeking an Assistant Director, Financial Aid to lead the processing and disbursement of aid, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and college requirements.

DESCRIPTION : The Assistant Director, Financial Aid directsthe administration of processing and disbursing financial aidawards. Ensures student and department adherence to allinstitutional, local, state, and federal requirements. Supervisesdepartment staff in providing excellent customer service andfulfilling responsibilities with a high level of accuracy.

The College anticipates that the position incumbent must beavailable throughout the workday and, on some occasions, afterregular work hours. Finalists and individuals recommended for employment at SeminoleState College must reside in the State of Floridaat the time ofhire and may be subject to background investigations andfingerprinting in compliance with Florida Statute 1001.64; andSeminole State College Policy 1.020; 2.020.
