Seminole State College of Florida is seeking a Facility Maintenance Specialist to support campus operations. The role involves maintenance, inspection, and repair across buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure safe, cost-effective facilities management.

The Facility Maintenance Specialist at assigned campuses tomaintain continuity of facility operations in absence of departmentmanagement. Performs technical and skilled tasks related to themaintenance and repair of buildings equipment and grounds. Assistsin variety of trades to install, repair, maintain, rebuild,inspect, and otherwise care for buildings, equipment, and groundsto assure safe and cost-effective facility operations.
