Job summary

Four Seasons Sensei Lana'i is seeking a Landscape Worker 3 to join the grounds team on the island of Lanai, Hawaii. You will help maintain resort grounds, operate heavy machinery, and support daily operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have legal US work authorization, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a Hawaii driver’s license. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, to support a luxury, 24/7 resort operation.

• Availability to work on holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely.
• Perform mowing, trimming, pruning, turf care and general upkeep of resort grounds.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Direct assigned team members and coordinate transport to job sites when required.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols.
• Perform physically demanding duties as required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment, including heavy machinery, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment, while performing routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, turf care, planting, and general upkeep of resort grounds with a focus on quality and safety
• Monitor equipment performance, report maintenance needs or operational issues, and provide updates on assigned projects and work activities as needed
• Support daily operations by directing assigned team members, transporting employees to and from job sites when required, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to established standards
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and exercising proper care of company property, equipment, and facilities
• Performs lifting and other physically demanding duties as required .

WHAT TO BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required .
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs , and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Ability to work in a wide range of environmental and physical conditions
• Hawaii Driver's License /Drivers Abstract required
