Four Seasons Lanai is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to uphold luxury standards across guest rooms and public areas. The role focuses on inspection, coordination, and hands-on support to maintain exceptional service in a world-class resort.

• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and monitor productivity across shifts.
• Assist Housekeeping Management with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations and conducts inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained. This role supports team performance, coordinates daily assignments, and helps deliver an exceptional guest experience in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.

• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, VIP arrivals, show rooms, and priority rooms to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards are consistently maintained
• Coordinate daily housekeeping operations by assigning work, monitoring productivity, and providing guidance and support to housekeeping teams across all shifts
• Assist Housekeeping Management with administrative and operational responsibilities to ensure efficient daily operations and service excellence
• Oversee the preparation of VIP arrivals and special accommodations, ensuring rooms are guest-ready and meet established luxury hospitality standards
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and special needs, coordinating with appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution and guest satisfaction

WHAT TO BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required .
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs , and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Previous experience in Housekeeping is preferred .
