Job summary

BrightView in Concord, NC is seeking a Landscaper I to support landscape maintenance across a variety of commercial and public properties. You will perform basic tasks under supervision, operate commercial-grade equipment, and assist with plant material and landscape feature upkeep.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, enthusiastic, dependable, and able to lift 40 lbs. You must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Enthusiastic and dependable.
• Ability to safely operate power tools and landscaping equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cut turf with power mowers and trim/edge with edger/trimmer.
• Prune shrubs and low trees as needed.
• Plant and maintain flower beds.
• Operate edger and line trimmer along sidewalks and beds.
• Pick up trash and blow leaves onto turf before mowing.
• Mulch leaves and organic matter.
• Weed by hand or with garden hoe.
