Mariani Enterprises, LLC seeks a Project Manager to oversee landscape construction projects from scope to completion. You will create estimates, schedule crews, and manage materials and subcontractors on site.

In this role you’ll maintain client communications, verify progress, and ensure accuracy for billing and documentation, while upholding safety and quality standards across projects in Michigan.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ of applicable work experience in landscape construction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall direction of construction projects and client needs.
• Develop estimates, schedule crews, equipment and materials.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors and subcontractors to meet scope and timelines.
• Ensure billing accuracy and progress reporting, and maintain site safety standards.
