Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC in Michigan is seeking a Project Manager to lead landscape construction projects from initial contact through completion. You will develop estimates, sell projects to clients, schedule crews, equipment, and materials, and conduct site visits to address concerns and identify additional work.

You will coordinate with designers, vendors, and the management team to maintain schedule adherence, ensure billing accuracy, and deliver results that meet profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of landscape terminology and installation techniques.
• Experience with site visits, estimating, and client communication.
• Experience with CRM software and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct walk-throughs with clients and designers to discuss scope and estimates.
• Develop estimates for each project and sell to clients.
• Schedule crews, equipment, and materials to complete projects.
• Generate as-builts and coordinate with designers and clients.
• Ensure billing accuracy and align with progress and payments.
