Job summary

Mariani Landscape is seeking a Project Manager to oversee design-build projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role coordinates with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in project management within landscape/construction, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead teams and manage client relationships. A valid driver’s license is required; CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or landscape/construction.
• Knowledge of landscape terminology and installation techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage design-build projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Review scope, estimates, budgets, subcontractor bids, and contract requirements.
• Prepare bid comparisons and coordinate subcontractor selection and agreements with project leaders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with the Construction Manager and Design Director.
• Oversee installation to meet design intent, quality standards, schedule, and client expectations.
