Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC, parent company of Rocky Mountain Custom Landscape, is seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale residential projects in the Rocky Mountain region. You will oversee estimation through completion, coordinating design teams, field crews, and subcontractors to deliver on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

Requirements include a minimum of five years in landscape or construction PM, a bachelor’s in Landscape

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of PM experience in landscape/site/construction.
• Bachelor’s in Landscape Construction, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Smartsheet, scheduling programs and PM tools.
• Strong communication and client relations abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple large-scale residential landscape projects from estimation to completion.
• Ensure client satisfaction, financial performance, schedule adherence and quality goals.
• Lead field safety programs and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Read blueprints and plan efficient construction methods.
• Manage budgets, scheduling, crew organization and buyouts.
• Provide leadership and training to junior project staff.
