Mariani Landscape is seeking a Project Manager to oversee design-build projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within budget and to client standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in project management, landscape, design, or construction.
• Knowledge of landscape terminology, plant materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with clients and associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage design-build projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Review scope, budgets, bids, and contract requirements upon award.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with construction leadership.
• Lead kick-offs, subcontractor coordination, and client meetings.
• Coordinate permits, submittals, and project documentation.
• Ensure work meets design intent, quality standards, and schedule.
• Monitor costs and profitability; communicate status to leadership.
• Maintain client relationships and document design changes as needed.
