Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC seeks a Production Coordinator (Landscape Supervisor) to ensure Mariani quality standards on each site, train crews, and supervise daily activities. You will lead safety and training meetings, assign daily schedules, and resolve on-site issues with clients and staff.

The role requires strong leadership, detailed reporting, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining excellent service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years field experience.
• Knowledge of equipment and plant materials used in landscape maintenance.
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License, CDL preferred.
• Valid Certified Landscape Technician license, or desire to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with external clients and Mariani associates.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Inspect every site to ensure Mariani quality standards.
• Lead weekly foreman safety and training meetings.
• Train crews on techniques, equipment operation, pest identification and control measures.
• Provide crews with daily schedules and instructions.
• Supervise daily activities and performance of maintenance crews.
• Review time sheets for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with performance reviews for Crew Leaders and Crew Members.
• Coordinate with other Production Coordinators on scheduling.
• Assist in snow removal process and client communications.
• Communicate with shop team on equipment needs and usage.
• Evaluate work and determine further steps to meet client expectations.
