Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensure safety, manage staff, resources, and workflows to meet financial and operational targets while upholding company policies.

You will drive continuous improvement, collaborate across departments, and support excellent customer service by leading planning, procurement, inventory, safety compliance, and KPI reporting using BrightPath, Power BI, and other systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in landscape or business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or landscaping industry.
• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience within landscape or service industry.
• Qualified Applicator License (Pesticide or Fertilizer) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and company systems (FSM, BrightPath, MFP/WAR).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Supervise, train, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Execute weekly and monthly labor planning; monitor expenses and resources.
• Source products from vendors; manage inventory and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct audits; maintain documentation.
• Track KPIs and report challenges to Branch Manager daily; use BrightPath and Power BI.
• Lead and coordinate operational projects on time and within scope.
• Plan staffing and resources to meet demand and support growth.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors.
