Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Crew Member responsible for lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, pruning, fertilization, weed control, planting trees and shrubs, and general landscape maintenance on properties.

The role requires operating equipment, following plans with the Crew Leader, and adhering to safety policies. Pre-employment checks apply; a State Technician/Applicator license per local requirements may be needed. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in landscape installation.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.).
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks and chemical applications in compliance with laws.
• Follow plans with Crew Leader and Operations Manager; assist loading/unloading equipment.
• Maintain safe, clean job sites and proper storage of tools and materials.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and adhere to safety requirements.
• Complete assigned tasks with quality and on schedule; participate in training as required.
