GreenScapes Landscape Co. seeks a Management and Sales professional focused on client-driven growth. You will manage Maintenance accounts, close new contracts, renewals, and upsell enhancements to optimize revenue and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong landscape knowledge, professional communication, and a proven track record in sales or account management within the landscape industry. Competitive compensation with benefits and commission is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or account management within landscape or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of landscape techniques, maintenance, and horticulture.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient with computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Propose and close new Maintenance and Snow contracts.
• Maintenance and Snow contract renewals.
• Enhancement sales and upselling existing clients.
• Identify and contact new business opportunities; network to develop leads.
• Respond to client inquiries and RFPs promptly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand landscaping needs.
• Prepare and present sales proposals/estimates.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure quality work and client satisfaction.
• Provide expert advice on landscape maintenance and care.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for new business, renewals, and enhancements.
• Aim for 80% client retention or better.
