Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, overseeing field operations and building long‑term relationships that promote client satisfaction and retention.

In this field‑based role you will identify opportunities to sell enhancement services, develop accurate estimates, deliver timely bid proposals, coordinate with the Operations Manager, coach field crews, uphold safety policies, and ensure account

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer service/management in landscaping or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary (enhancement) services to existing clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects.
• Lead and facilitate resolution of client concerns or issues and ensure renewals are met.
• Promote safety policies and ensure service delivery meets/exceeds expectations.
