Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused, and willing to support diverse operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Observe and engage with teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Work with a mentor for guidance and feedback throughout the internship.
• Develop management and leadership skills through structured activities and etiquette training.
• Collaborate with a team on meaningful projects and network with professionals.
• Present internship experience and learnings at program end.
