Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a related degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on environment.
• Willingness to support a variety of operational needs in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and proficient with common software applications.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship with regular feedback on progress.
• Management & Leadership development exposure to team building and communication.
• Collaborative work with interns on meaningful projects and teamwork.
• Professional networking within Ruppert Landscape and local branches.
• Intern choice experience and final internship presentation.
