Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week, paid Landscape Maintenance Internship in Ohio, May–August 2027. You will gain hands-on field experience alongside crews and interact with office operations, irrigation, sales, and leadership teams.

Motivated students pursuing horticulture-related degrees will build practical skills, learn industry operations, and have opportunities for future full-time roles within Ruppert’s culture and networks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Candidates actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on environment.
• Interest in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with willingness to support operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with teams involved in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship and regular feedback to support professional development.
• Management and leadership development through teamwork and professional etiquette.
• Collaborative team environment with opportunities to work on meaningful projects.
