Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co offers a 10–12-week landscape maintenance internship from May to August 2027. You will gain hands-on field training, shadow key departments, and receive dedicated mentorship while contributing to meaningful projects.

Ideal candidates are pursuing related degrees, with strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Office and outdoor work are required; pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Candidates must be actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with a willingness to support various operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
• Proficient in computers and common software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field and office training across field operations.
