Ruppert Landscape invites motivated students to join a 10–12 week Landscape Maintenance Internship in Centre Hall, PA, from May to August 2027. The program blends hands-on field training with office work to build practical skills across landscape production, irrigation, enhancements, sales, and leadership.

You’ll receive dedicated mentorship, participate in leadership development, and present your internship experience. Top performers may be considered for full-time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused, and willing to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of routine duties.
• Proficient in computers and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Gain hands-on field and office operations experience.
• Job Shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated Mentorship guiding progress and development.
• Management & Leadership Development exposure to team building, etiquette, communication, and leadership best practices.
• Collaborative teamwork on meaningful projects with fellow interns.
• Professional networking with peers, mentors, and leaders within Ruppert Landscape.
• Interns may receive further training in their department of choice at program end.
