Ruppert Landscape is offering a 10–12‑week Landscape Maintenance Internship designed to give you hands‑on exposure to field operations and branch activities. You will shadow crews, participate in training, and receive mentorship while contributing to real projects.

Based in our Wilmington, DE region, the program emphasizes teamwork, safety, and practical skill development in turf management, irrigation, and maintenance. May–August 2027 start dates apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a related degree.
• Strong problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented with willingness to support operations.
• Comfortable in office and outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Hands‑On Field Training: gain experience in multiple areas of field operations.
• Job Shadowing: observe teams in Field Ops, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, Leadership.
• Dedicated Mentorship: guidance and feedback throughout the internship.
• Management & Leadership Development: cover teamwork, etiquette, communication, leadership basics.
• Collaborative Team Environment: contribute to meaningful projects with interns.
