Job summary

Cultivar Group is seeking a Business Developer to drive maintenance growth by securing new maintenance contracts and expanding relationships with property management clients. You will collaborate with the Branch Manager and Sales/Marketing teams to implement strategic growth plans and lead generation activities.

The role focuses on building a network, identifying opportunities, and delivering customized proposals to win new business while ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development or sales (landscaping or related industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish client relationships.
• Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop Annual Branch Strategic Growth Plan with Branch Manager.
• Attend trade shows and host events to generate leads and educate clients.
• Win maintenance contracts by qualifying work, defining expectations, and preparing customized proposals.
• Guide onboarding and manage first 60-90 days with new customers.
