Gabriel Group is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Branch Manager to lead our Fort Worth, TX team. You will serve as a client liaison, manage sites and crews, and help the branch achieve revenue goals while upholding company values.

Responsibilities include building long-term client relationships, inspecting properties, coordinating service teams, budgeting, tracking performance, and ensuring timely billing and accurate contracts. This role is full-time and on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Branch Manager experience in landscaping (commercial preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships and communicate regularly with key clients.
• Inspect key client properties to monitor performance and overall job quality.
• Coordinate and manage client service teams.
• Assist the branch manager to develop annual budgets.
• Work with branch manager to accurately track branch performance.
• Ensure billing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure all contracts are executed correctly.
• Ensure proper use and care of all branch assets.
