Gabriel Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee daily landscape maintenance operations and lead a crew across commercial properties. You will ensure safety, quality control, and efficient completion of contracted work, working closely with operations and client service leadership.

Qualifications

• Prior landscape maintenance experience with crew leadership responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating a truck and trailer.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety by tying down equipment, wearing PPE, and following laws.
• Maintain properties according to maintenance procedures and GANTT charts.
• Care for equipment and report issues to the Operations Leader.
• Lead daily time entry and ensure crew work orders are completed.
• Maintain open communication with leaders and crew; escalate concerns.
