Job summary

GreenEarth Dallas seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day landscaping operations, lead crews, and drive on-time project delivery with top-quality results.

We require 5+ years of landscaping experience, 2+ in supervision, and bilingual Spanish. Responsibilities include budgeting, safety, scheduling, and business development to expand client bases in residential, commercial, and municipal projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of landscaping experience with at least 2 years in management.
• Bi-lingual: Fluent in Spanish.
• Strong leadership and team motivation capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of landscaping practices including planting, irrigation, turf, hardscaping.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Education in landscape management or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily landscaping operations, scheduling, crew assignments, and equipment management.
• Lead, train, and motivate landscape professionals; promote safety and accountability.
• Manage project budgets and costs within constraints while maintaining quality.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure standards meet client expectations.
• Ensure safety compliance across all activities and promote a safety-first culture.
• Oversee inventory and maintenance of landscaping materials and equipment.
• Create schedules and report progress to upper management.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and client upselling.
